GoZebra 2008 - Trade-In Program

Mobile ID Solutions and Zebra Technologies are offering cash rebates of up to $600 per printer when trading in your current, eligible label printer and purchasing a new Zebra label printer between May 1, 2008 and September 30, 2008.  The available rebates are as follows:

How to obtain a rebate:

  1. Purchase one or more eligible printers.  For pricing, contact Mobile ID Solutions at (714)922-1134 and tell them that you are interested in purchasing a Zebra printer with both the Zebra GoZebra '08 Label Printer Trade-In Program promotion (so that printers can be verified for eligibility) and the Mobile ID Solutions' Zebra Instant Rebate Program.
  2. For each new printer, identify an existing printer for trade-in. The printer does not have to be a Zebra printer, but it must be in working condition (this is, the printer must power-up and have a printhead).  For a list of printers that can be traded-in, click here.
  3. Access the Go Zebra '08 customer web site to submit a claim.
  4. Mail, fax or e-mail a copy of the purchase invoice to Zebra.  Instructions are provided on the Go Zebra '08 customer web site.  If you don't have your purchase invoice, contact Mobile ID Solutions at (714)922-1134 for a copy.
  5. Wait to receive a Trade-In Merchandise Authorization (TMA).  After receiving your claim request and purchase invoice, Zebra will send you a TMA via e-mail that will include your claim number.
  6. Ship the printer to Zebra along with the TMA.  Shipping instructions are provided on the Go Zebra 08 customer web site.
  7. Wait to receive your rebate check!  You can access the Go Zebra '08 Customer website to monitor claim status.  Rebate checks are typically mailed 4-5 weeks after the trade-in printer has been received.
